Williamsville Art Society Fund Raiser
A fund raiser to support our society was held at the Niagara County Extension grounds with the help and support of the Niagara Art Trail. A painting by Beverly Amborski was raffled off. The winner of the painting was Pam Bock. Congratulations Pam. We also sold candy bars, donated by Paulette Crooke and passed out information about the Williamsville Art Society and membership forms.
Springville Art Crawl
Are you looking for a place to display your art? Springville is accepting applications to their Annual Art Crawl. It’s an effort to bring people into the local businesses by displaying local art within the towns restaurants, shops and public buildings. Artwork must remain on display for the duration of the show. The deadline to submit works is May 9th.

Our Last Meeting Demonstration
At our March Meeting, Seth Brauchler was our featured demonstrator at our March meeting. He is a watercolor painter and book binder exploring our relationships with abandoned and liminal spaces. He takes breaks from lurking under bridges with his paint tin to make jewelry, journals, patches and prints. Seth showed the group many tips he has developed to aid his watercolor painting and why it is important to use quality paper and paint.
